Under the Welsh Assembly Government’s Workforce Development Programme, free advice is available to *SME’s in Wales, who are eligible.

A Human Resource Development (HRD) Advisor reviews your company’s strategy to ensure all staff development and training deliver on business objectives.

They will agree a training plan to help your company improve its approach to management and training. They can access up to £1,000 (70% match funded) for training.
